Holly Oak Chemical occupies over 150,000 heated square feet for three
manufacturing areas and multiple warehouses. The Cold Blend Area
produces room temperature blends and some heated products with a
volume of 1,000 gallons or less. This area has 17 mixing vessels ranging
in size from 55 gallons to 5,000 gallons. All mixing vessels are stainless
steel with the exception of two fiberglass tanks.


The Reaction Area handles products that require heating and / or cooling to manufacture. It contains stainless steel reactors ranging in size
from 200 gallons to 6,500 gallons.

Powder blending is carried out in vertical cone screw blenders of 70, 98 and 120 cubic foot capacity. Stainless steel blend tanks in sizes from 4,600 gallons to 6,000 gallons are available for aqueous blends requiring heating and / or cooling. The Powder Blend area handles products in bulk supersacks, drums and bags. Packaging is done in bulk supersacks, valve bags and drums. All three areas are capable of loading bulk tank trucks, tote tanks and drums.

Warehousing is located around the manufacturing areas to provide easy access to raw materials. Finished products are stored in a separate heated warehouse located at 400 South Main Street in Fountain Inn. Large-volume liquid raw materials and finished products are bulk stored in one
of two indoor tank farms.
